Ingredients: Tilapia fish (clean n gutted)
All purpose seasonings 1tbs Salt to taste Mixed herbs 1tsp Extra virgin olive oil (any cooking oil)
Fillings: Onions (chopped) Chilli pepper (powder) Red &yellow pepper (chopped) Green beans (chopped)
Method: Mix all the fillings together with the all purpose seasonings, Salt, and mixed herbs and add the extra virgin olive oil or (any cooking oil) Stuff inside the fish with the mix cover and put in the fridge for 30min or overnight if you have the time. Then put in the oven for 15min gas mark 6/7. Now transfer to the grill and grill for 5min on each side be careful not to break the fish...serve with crunchy salad.
Note:use any vegetables you like to fill the fish feel free to experiment.
